- One-Day-Pay is offered on Accident and Hospital plans
A few key points to note:
- If you are unsure if your municipality offers Aflac, please check with your HR Department. Business cannot be solicited to a union member that has Aflac offered through their employer, another local union, and/or an existing account.
- The FOP Lodge 15 members are approved to receive union rates/union products on a monthly Union Direct Bill basis only.
