
Police Officer Labor, Workers’ Compensation, and Employment Law Practice:
Jennifer Bohn joined FOP Lodge 15 in 2026. She focuses her practice on representing Lodge 15
members in all areas of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining matters,
unlawful discharge actions, grievances, and wrongful demotions and suspensions. Jennifer
regularly appears before state courts, as well as state and local agencies, advocating for members
whenever their rights and livelihoods are at stake.
In addition to litigation and advocacy, Jennifer counsels police officers on employment and
administrative law matters. She has worked closely with law enforcement officers throughout her
career and deeply respects the sacrifices they make to protect their communities. Jennifer
considers it a privilege to support Lodge members and to protect their rights at every stage of
their careers.
