Police Officer Labor, Workers’ Compensation, and Employment Law Practice:
Adam Notch joined FOP Lodge 15 in 2024. Adam focuses his practice on the
representation of Lodge 15 members in all areas of labor and employment-related
matters including issues regarding collective bargaining, unlawful discharge actions,
wrongful demotions and suspensions. He appears in federal and state courts and
before federal, state and local agencies.
Adam’s practice also includes counseling police officers on employment law and
administrative law matters. Adam comes to FOP Lodge 15 from the St. Louis County
Prosecuting Attorney. Before becoming an attorney, Adam served as a Police Officer in
the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Adam served in the 5 th District as a Patrol
Officer and as a Detective in the City’s North Patrol Division. Throughout his time with
the SLMPD, Adam served as a Division Representative with the St. Louis Police
Officers’ Association (FOP Lodge 68). Adam’s experiences as both a Police Officer and
Prosecutor give him a unique perspective in all areas of Officer representation.
